

I literally sat after I finished this book with it clutched to my chest, a big grin spread across my face. Highlight here for trigger warnings: fire, explosions, death, blood, serious injury I require to know it alllllllllĪnd OF COURSE THIS IS FIVE STARS ARE YOU STUPID?!?!?! This has a rating of 9.29 which is one of the highest ratings I’ve seen on this spreadsheet this year! Not *that* series, not the Pellinor books. This is the first book of my life that has made me want to read fan-fic. And I am living for Sophronia’s daring deeds and ridiculous exploits. I love how it links back to events of the previous books whilst still moving forwards in the plotline. MANNERS & MUTINY is the fourth book in the series, so you’ll need to read Etiquette & Espionage, Curtsies & Conspiracies.

Of course I can’t speak too much about this book, because it’s the final book in a four book series and there would be so many spoilers! What I can say is that I adore how this series has been rounded out. This series is ridiculous and hilarious and heart warming and adventurous and so much fun!Īs I always say when talking about this series, the fantastic Zoe from Zoe’s All Booked is the reason I picked this series up and I will be forever grateful to her!
